Registration and booking of hotel accommodation
As an experiences PCO Congress-Conference makes sure that all registrations for a congress is handled in an effective, pleasant and professional manner. Congress-Conference has over a long period of time developed systems and procedures in order to make registrations as easy as possible. In addition we have a very good cooperation with all the hotel chains in Norway, giving us the possibility to negotiate the best rates for the delegates in connection with any event.
Our services include:
Delegate registration
- Online registration form to be linked to Conference website
- Handling of all registrations and questions from delegates
- Payment handling of the conference fees either by credit card or invoice.
- Follow up on all payments and report to organizing committee
- Send payment confirmations to the delegates
- Production of delegate lists and reports
Hotel booking
- Make block reservations on hotels in several price categories
- Handle all hotel reservations and confirmations to delegates
- Keep track of the hotel contract in regards to cancellations and changes etc.
- Report to organizng committee
Congress-Conference takes the full economic responsibility for all hotel rooms booked. We will correct hotel room blocks according to deadlines for cancellation set by the hotels. This ensures that this will not affect the conference budget at any point.
