About Congress-Conference
Since 1987, Congress-Conference has made it easier to organize congresses and conferences. We provide project management for congresses and conferences, so that everything from, financial management, accommodation of delegates, budget and accounting, handling of sponsorships and exhibition as well as the organization and logistic work of executing the congress. We handle everything except the scientific program.
We have extensive experience with congresses and conferences of all types and scope. Annually we plan and execute more than 50 major and minor congresses within various disciplines such as in medicine, research organizations, official directorates, departments, universities, public sector and the private sector.
As a result, the Congress-Conference is responsible for some of the largest scientific congresses in Norway. We were trusted the organization of these congresses because we through the years has shown that we can handle large, complex events with the greatest precision.
WE CAN HELP YOU WITH
Congress-Conference is the largest PCO in Norway, with strong ties to the international PCO environment. A large proportion of our events are medical and scientific congresses organized by universities, medical associations or government agencies. We are the only norwegian member of IAPCO (International association of Professional Congress orgaizers).
The various congresses and conferences are often larger event, with several parallel sessions in addition to plenary lectures. They like to be kept on a regular basis - every year, every other year, every four years or the like - but added frequently to different cities or countries.
NATIONAL MEETINGS AND TRAINING COURCES
Vanligvis noe mindre enn kongresser og konferanser, målt i antall deltakere og fasiliteter. Det er ikke uvanlig at arrangement i denne kategorien er repeterende, men ofte skifter sammensetningen av komitéene ansvarlig for planlegging og tilrettelegging fra det ene arrangementet til det andre. Da er det en fordel med en samarbeidspartner som har vært med tidligere og som dermed kjenner arrangementet godt.
Congress-Conference kan være din faste møtearrangør - enten vi har fullt prosjektlederansvar eller bare står for utvalgte deler av arrangementet.
